Partner at Davidson Executive & Boards, Marcus Engeman, has previously worked as the General Manager for the national charity GIVIT, had been the Chief Operating Officer of Queensland Children’s Medical Research Institute and was Manager of Infrastructure & Resources with Queensland’s University of Technology, before joining the team in Queensland.
His broad experience in health and the non-profit sectors affords Marcus access to an extensive network of those working in these areas.
Marcus is passionate about making a positive contribution to the workplace and community and is incredibly perceptive and empathetic making him excellent at reading people. He is also driven to deliver when he commits himself or members of his team.

• Executive Group Manager, Policy, Partnerships & Programs with ACT Health
• General Manager, Advocacy at the Cancer Council Queensland
• Director of Nursing/ Facility Manager of Palm Island, Townsville Hospital & Health Service
• Regional Manager Queensland for First 5 Minutes
Marcus has a Graduate Certificate in Business (Accounting) from Queensland’s University of Technology and a Bachelor of International Business from Griffith University and has served in a voluntary capacity as a Member of the Accreditation Council for the Australasian Research Management Society (ARMS).
He is a keen football fan, supporting Liverpool and Collingwood. He is married with two sons and loves, fishing, travel and food and his dog Hamish.
