Strong leadership skills rather than technical skills will be essential to succeed in this role. To be successful as a leader of business transformation and culture change in this organisation you will need to be “humble, hungry and smart”.
Reporting to the CEO and being a critical part of the high calibre executive team, you will lead a diverse team of professionals delivering services directly to customers. You will champion best practice customer service across the organisation, actively listening to the needs of customers and leading enhancement and change initiatives. Your role will include being a key representative for the organisation in external forums, advocating on behalf of the business and seeking opportunities to best position the organisation in the marketplace.
A proven executive from the broad service sector, you have a successful track record in leading change initiatives. Passionate about customer service, your approach is infectious and has resulted in your past teams lifting standards and changing processes. Well regarded for your interpersonal skills, you thrive on stakeholder engagement and, married with your strong influencing skills, this has seen you succeed in advocacy efforts in the past. You are a natural leader, being able to quickly gain credibility with technical professionals and bring diverse teams of people together in a cohesive unit with a common corporate vision. You have high emotional intelligence, the ability to build strong relationships and shift the way an organisation thinks and delivers.
