To ensure they remain at the forefront, our client is currently undergoing a significant digital transformation, focused on enhancing their customer experience and also utilizing data insights to make more informed commercial decisions.
Reporting to the CEO, the Director Infrastructure & Assets will form a key part of the executive leadership team and work closely with the Board and organisation to deliver projects across multiple sites across the South East.  Leading a multidisciplinary team you will provide high-level strategic advice to respond to current and future needs including responsibility for the master plan development of all sites, land acquisition, asset management and project delivery. The role is also accountable for embedding robust project management methodology and capability, in addition to ensuring the effective management of the organisation’s facilities and assets.
This unique executive opportunity will see you engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders both internally and externally to build partnerships with others to improve the value to community.  Key to your success will be a proven record of accomplishment in project delivery as well as an understanding of strategic asset management. You are well regarded from your dealings with Boards and senior stakeholders in the past and consider your communication skills to be a key strength. You’re a natural leader, being able to quickly gain credibility with technical professionals and bring diverse teams of people together in a cohesive unit.
