Job Description

The Queensland Government is committed to raising the bar on customer service and working to deliver safe, secure online services that are accessible and available across the State. To ensure that Queensland delivers on this commitment and keeps pace with advancing global technology, the Government is looking to appoint Australia’s first public sector Chief Customer and Digital Officer.

This new role will focus on driving customer and digital transformation across Government and will provide assurance at every level of our digital systems. Working across a broad stakeholder group you will also ensure that Government is investing in the right things at the right time, and delivering contemporary and citizen centric outcomes for Queensland.

To be successful you will possess proven and outstanding leadership and management capabilities in a large and complex organisation.  With demonstrated experience in world class service delivery you will have delivered results through client centric transformation in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to collaborate across a multitude of stakeholders and build a highly capable team through your vision and strategic leadership are vital.
