What will you do?
Reporting to the Group Manager People and Communications, the Human Resources Generalist Lead is critical role for Manningham Council, charged with developing strategies and an operational roadmap to bring safety and HR together and then working with the team and the broader organisation to embed it. Furthermore you will enhance the HR Business Partnering function across Manningham and entrench this as a valued function.
Who are you?
You are a contemporary leader with proven experience and credibility as a HR generalist. You demonstrate strategic foresight and the ability to identify priorities and opportunities for improvements and then set the strategies (with the Group Manager) and oversee the implementation of these. You are an outstanding people leader with success in empowering and developing high performance. Furthermore, you have proven credibility in your ability to build, influence and maintain collaborative relationships with your stakeholder groups.
