Through our Family Recovery Centres and outreach programs, we offer a holistic approach to veteran health services, specifically through our four (4) service streams of: Psychological Services; Physical Rehabilitation and Wellbeing Services; Social Connection Activities; and Skills for Recovery Programs.
As the General Manager – Service Delivery and Operations you will continue to strengthen and grow allied health services that meet the changing needs of veterans and their families. Supported by a highly effective and diverse group of five (5) direct reports, and an additional 20+ indirect reports, you will inherit a skilled team that is committed to their mission; to provide physical, psychological and social support services to improve the wellbeing of the military family.
This critical executive role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the General Manager – Marketing and Engagement and Head of Finance Governance and Risk to ensure that our operations and service delivery remain contemporary, widely recognised and sustainable.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Proven success in enabling high performing teams to provide high quality health services;
- A growth mindset that allows for you to identify areas of opportunity within the market, conduct appropriate research and present strategies to progress;
- Executive presence with the ability to present in various forums, including to the media, government and expert panels and
- High levels of emotional intelligence and resilience to continue to grow Mates4Mates position as a veteran’s health leader in the Defence community.
