With the CEO recruitment process well underway, the City of Whittlesea is seeking dynamic, contemporary people leaders to set the organisation up for future prosperity and to facilitate the creation of appealing neighbourhoods and commercial 'places' that attract discerning residents and businesses. We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the Director, Corporate Services and Performance to support the CEO and form the new executive team.

Reporting to the newly appointed CEO, the Director Corporate and Performances, main objective is to ensure the council achieves its strategic objectives and fulfils its statutory obligations efficiently and effectively. This will be achieved by taking accountability for a range of Corporate Services functions including Corporate Accountability and Performance, Finance and Assets, People and Capability and Information Services. You will continue to create and add value around supporting the organisation to achieve exceptional customer and community experience and ensure sustainability of the council to deliver the best future economic, social and cultural outcomes. This role is a critical in supporting the CEO to provide the Council with the best quality advice to help it make optimal decisions regarding the prosperity and wellbeing of the community.
