If you answered yes, read on as this may be your next exciting and challenging career move with the Mallee Catchment Management Authority (Mallee CMA), located in Mildura, Victoria.
The Mallee CMA is responsible for ensuring that the natural resources in the region are managed in an integrated and ecologically sustainable way. Reporting to the General Manager Operations and Community, you will be responsible for managing key projects that relate to waterways, biodiversity, floodplains, salinity and land and soil health. In addition, you will identify, pursue and advocate for innovative regional natural resource management projects that align to the Mallee CMA Strategy and that maximise natural resource management investment in the Mallee Region. Furthermore you will build credible relationships with key partners, government agencies, the community and traditional owners.

You demonstrate contemporary project management capabilities and experience and a formidable level of political nous. You are a contemporary and engaging leader who is known for your relentless drive to achieve outstanding outcomes. Furthermore your naturally engaging style and interpersonal skills allow you to quickly form credible and respectful relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. (Experience working with or liaising with government departments will be held in high regard).
