Reporting to the General Manager Infrastructure and Technology, the Manager EPD is responsible for developing and engaging the team on the Departmental vision to achieve Strategy 2030 - in particular embedding zero emissions, zero waste, aboriginal values and entrepreneurialism into program and service delivery. Furthermore the Manager EPD will ensure that all Barwon Water capital and developer funded infrastructure and associated services, property realisation projects, land development activity and technology project delivery is managed through an efficient and agile framework with high-performing teams, processes and systems to support the organisation's vision of regional prosperity.
To be considered for this role, you are an entrepreneurial leader with the ability to think both strategically and critically. You have proven leadership skills and are renowned for enhancing culture, performance and collaboration while driving innovation and continuous improvement across a diverse workforce to deliver improved benefit to customers. You bring experience in the delivery of a range of projects and have a thorough understanding of procurement, financial management, contracts and the relationship between planning, design, construction and operations of long life assets. You have developed strong safety cultures within complex service delivery organisations. You demonstrate strong community values and an engaging nature that allows you to develop commercial relationships with key external stakeholders, including contractors, and to collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders to drive improvement
